Women's Club

The Grove City Women’s Club was organized in 1948 as the “League of Women Voters”. Two years later it became the “Grove City Flower and Garden Club” for two years. At that time is was officially organized as the “Grove City Women’s Club”.

Objective: The objective of the Grove City Women’s Club is the betterment of the community and growth of the individual membership.
Motto: “Not to do uncommon things, but to do common things uncommonly well...”

  • Plant Trees (9000 in the Grove City Area)
  • Grant Scholarship to High School Graduates
  • Sponsor Political Rallies
  • Put on the Palm Sunday Concerts
  • Sponsor the Red Cross Bloodmobile
  • Help you to know you neighbors
  • Have Fun (casserole luncheons, Christmas Parties, Garden Parties & Friendship Breakfasts)

We meet the first Thursday of most months. Dues are $5.00 a year, a small price to pay for a chance to do so much good.
